That looks so good. I love making applesauce. I am going to try this with the instant pot by adding a couple tbsp of brown sugar. I dont peel the apples as we dont mind it a little chunky.

Been making this out of trash 🗑️ 🍎 apples for YEARS. Freeze it, dont put it in a jar. Great with oatmeal or in puff pastry for turnovers. ….tastes nothing like toffee.
