What happened to your eggs?????
Where did the egg go ?
Thanks so much for this. My beloved late nan Olga who was Goan always made these for me. I am now very interested in cooking Goan food myself. You make your cutlets just like my nan did and now I can also do it the same. My nan also made me potato chops with mince inside. I might try that next. Do you have a video on those? It is so nice to hear the Goan accent again. I was born in London, so I don't have it myself. x
Kashmiri chillypowder is no longer a colour only it's spicy too check it out
Viceroy's house
Kindly mention the measurement of the ingredients as you put them together.
It be good to hav the description box list of ingredients
I add stew powder and potato , no other powders or garlic or sauces. It still tastes superfine.
Very nice taste, thank you. The Worcestershire sauce was brilliant in the cutlets.
Any other replacement for that sauce ??
Good Goan cutlets 👍
Hi….Nice n easy recipe. Want to ask you, we don't need to wash the minced meat?
Done.like just like my papa used to prepare n taught me to do it except for the w sauce.
Thanks
Gud receipe. But too much of unwanted talks
Hi, do u think d cutlets are going to cook with very little oil ? Since u used raw mince. I doubt plz reply
Looks delicious. What is the thickness of each cutlet, the cooking time and flame- medium, low, high? Just so the meat is cooked through.
We don't have to boil the beef first ? Please guide us
Thany you Aspirim home !! Lovely beef cutlets I'm pleased n happy watching ur post from TANZANIA
Best idea put the coriander chillies and onion in the chopper machine and then add the soaked bread after squeezing it well. within seconds your mixture is ready, mix all the rest of the ingredients well, no fussy cutting etc.
It's a healthy version since they are shallow fried. Hope everything is cooked well because you didn't cook the meat before adding the rest of the ingredients in it.
Do you wash the mince before starting
We love these cutlets , the best ….thank you
What about chicken mince.
Same method I have to use. This recipe is excellent. Please advice or send the chicken recipe. Thanks & God Bless.
Name of the ingredient should have written on the screen.
