💥 สูตรนี้กรอบจริง กรอบนาน #แคบหมูป๊อบ 🥓🥗 ทำง่าย ๆ ไม่กี่ขั้นตอน เก็บไว้ได้นานไม่เหม็นหืน ใครหาสูตรอยู่ห้ามพลาด! 😍🥰 ส่วนผสม หนังหมูติดมัน 1000 กรัม น้ำส้มสายชู 10 กรัม เกลือป่นหยาบ 5 กรัม วิธีทำ 1. หั่นหนังหมูที่ทำความสะอาดแล้ว เป็นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยมเล็ก 2. ใส่เกลือสมุทร น้ำส้มสายชู คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน 3. ตั้งกระทะ ใส่หนังหมูลงผัด จนน้ำมันออก หนังหมูเริ่มมีสีขาวขุ่น ลดไฟลงอ่อนต้มต่อ ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ปิดไฟแช่ในน้ำมันประมาณ 1-2 ชั่วโมง 4. ใส่หนังหมูลงทอดในน้ำมันร้อน จนกรอบเหลือง ตักขึ้น พักให้สะเด็ดน้ำมัน รับประทานกับยำขนมจีน หรือส้มตำตามชอบ #Maeban source
