For Batter:-
1 cup Gramflour, Besan, बेसन
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds, Ajwain, अजवाइन
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder, धनिया पाउडर
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, Haldi, हल्दी पाउडर
Salt to taste, नमक
1/2 tsp Asafoetida, Hing, हींग
1/2 tsp Black Salt, काला नमक
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander, बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
Water as required, पानी
