  1. This is great! I would love a few more chicken stirfry recipes, like cashew chicken, orange chicken, and chicken with snow peas. Or chicken with broccoli. These are my perpetual favorites when I order takeout. Thank you! 🙏🙏

  2. America's Test Kitchen has been making me interested in British cuisine. Posset, Fried Shrimp Toast, and other recipes are making me go "hm…" about British cuisine. An American publication is teaching me more about British cuisine than the BBC ever had!

  3. I prefer Peanut Oil. Vegetable Oil (which is usually soybean oil) has this scent that I don't like. I prefer the smell of peanut oil. Pretty much my main reason. I used vegetable oil first because it was cheaper, but I realize that I don't fry often, so I'll pay the premium for peanut oil

  4. I grew up in the western USA, and I like Best Foods/Hellmann's mayonnaise! 👍😍

Miracle Whip is not "mayonnaise!" All that high fructose corn syrup in Miracle Whip, gack!
Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise, has a similar (gackie) flavor! It must be a Hong Kong/Southern thing! 🤐

  5. I’ve only seen and eaten shrimp toast with bread on both sides. No condiments like mayo but maybe duck sauce and hot mustard mixed together. Mmmm, love it! Happy you featured shrimp toast today. Please come back soon!

  6. Another great Pang video. This is one of my favourite dim sum dishes. Where I used to have it (some chain restaurant in Tung Chung) they used two thin bread slices with the shrimp filling in between. Served with mayonnaise, of course!

  7. I love this. I have not tried it yet but the recipe is so different. And the video itself was awesome as you took the effort in telling us, the amount of each ingredient and the time to cook. Even my favorite cooking channel doesn’t do such. Yes I sure as hell am going to subscribe!
