PINOY STYLE – PAN GRILLED CHICKEN BBQ



Pinoy Style – Pan Grilled Chicken Bbq. Is easy to make with few ingredients and easy procedure, its a perfect pair with hot white rice, Papaya atchara and dip sauce made of soy sauce and calamansi with some chilies.

Ingredients:

1 kg. Whole chicken legs. (or any part)
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Banana ketchup
10 pieces Calamansi
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp. Black pepper powder

  1. Ginawa ko na kanina. Grabe saktong sakto ang instructions. Napaka juicy at ang sarap ng sauce grabe. Gustong gusto ng mga kids. Ang main prob ko lang ay nasunog yung sauce sa balat ng manok. Paano po ba maiiwasan yun na masunog sa balat ang sauce? Na sa medium high or medium lang naman ang apoy ko.
