i have to say this….pls promote healthy eating n cooking habits, nol mattar how delicious a skin on fillet it will become after cooking, the fact that you cut the bones out of the fillet, deserves a thumbs down. the skin is js just fat.
For me, the junk is my treasure to make a small quick 2 cup chicken broth, then add two gloves , 1/4 onion, sprigs of thyme and chop a baby bok choy or any greens i have, living in a tight budget 😊
