  1. I don't always agree with her statement. I can only perform as I 👀 see what I'm doing. Most of the time when I am cooking my fingers are usually wet or moist depending on what I am cooking. And I don't have a problem using a seasoned container. 😔

  2. The first times I tried cooking a beef blade roast and a pork belly roast I realized the huge difference it made not oversalting the chuck and making sure not to undersalt the pork belly. Pork belly needs A LOT of salt, like way more than you think compared to the beef blade I tried.
