Can't believe Gordon pronounced Oregano as Oregano instead of Oregano
i did this last night, using Barramundi as a substitute for Sea Bass, which is unavailable where i live. Sauce was fantastic, thanks Gordo, was good fun.
he really does pronounce olive oil like Marco Pierre White.
If I follow his “table spoon” of white wine as my measurement guide for drinking …maybe I don’t have a drinking problem after all!
"This takes absolutely no more than 90 seconds to cook" – overcooks it by 30 seconds.
"A tablespoon of white wine"
glugs a quarter of the bottle into the pan
Why did he say that the eggplant didn't need salt before immediately adding salt?
Love little details like not actually cooking the cherry tomatoes, and adding a bunch of lemon skin that I don't usually do. But man, as a mediterranean person who ate and cooked fish entire his life, I guarantee you that fish did not cook all the way. It needed to stay on fire at least twice more time he cooked it. Hope the didn't break the engine after this shooting
Uncooked fish in ten minutes😂
10 mins after 2 hours of market shopping and 2 hours of prep completed..
Sea Bass. Much better than land bass.
Crispy Aubergine my soggy sweaty fart-box they where more floppy than my little fella after a nite on the Vodka ffs… 😆😅😅🤣🤣😂😂😂
Maybe this isn't "complicated" but it sure as hell isn't simple like he claims. Marco's recipes are superior.
TIL today – "filleted" is the past tense of fillet. ( @ :42 )
Let's discuss a "table spoon" and "a touch of"
“Just a touch of white wine “ ok alchy 😂😂😂 my kind of “just a taste” 😂😂😂
Do not season the egg plant, then proceeds to add salt 😂
He touches the raw fish and then touches other food!
Sea Bass takes 2ndays to master Minimum!,!!
Doesn't need salt…goes on to immediatelt add salt before and after lol just a touch of olive oil….there must have been half a bottle in there! This species is so endangered of extinction and only matures at 10 years of life, so cooking a small fish is quite irresponsible or careless…
Tell the producers that your hair really suck… they should change your hairdresser. 😂
do the ingredients prep themselves or are they left over from another dish?
I think it is a great video and recipe, most of the ingredients I normally have, some of it growing in the garden.
I love the bare bones approach to cooking fab food .👌👍👍👍
That could cous was made from know where😮
“tablespoon of white wine” proceeds to use half the bottle anyway 😂😂😂 love him
When Gordon says add a tablespoon, he means ½ cup. Got it.
Ramsy is a modern chef and does work quickly, though he talks a lot, he is disciplined in his job.
wow
9 min and 40 seconds huh?
How long did it take to prep all the other ingredients?
