I think the pungency of kale is part of the reason people use it in the first place. It goes well with things that are by themselves flavourless.

Well that explains why my kale pesto was absolutely inedible.

When you cook kale, be sure to put lots of olive oil in it. It helps it slide into the trash can much more easily! 🤣

Regardless of content this guy is annoying.

You shouldn’t eat kale if you care about oxalates, and hormone disrupting chemicals that harm your thyroid. Too many plant defense chemicals.
