Worst way to make steak
Over cooked, and it's definitely not a steak ! Only a person without culinary knowledge will call that a steak !

আপনার রেছিপিটি ভুল এটা ফলো করলে মাংসটা খুব হার্ড(শক্ত) হবে,কারণ স্টেক গরুর সব মাংস দিয়ে হয়না বিশেষ জায়গার মাংস দিয়ে হয়। যেমন: বুকের উপরের মাংস।
স্টেক এর ভিতরের অংশ লালচে থাকে আপনার এটাতে একদম ফ্রাই এর মত সাদা হতে আছে
