Worst way to make steak
Over cooked, and it's definitely not a steak ! Only a person without culinary knowledge will call that a steak !

Making a steak there are 2 things that are important one is selection of meat which is the most important part second is make it simple in order to feel the actual taste of the meat
But i found this video is not correct for steak. Meat selection is not correct, its not juicy enough

আপনার রেছিপিটি ভুল এটা ফলো করলে মাংসটা খুব হার্ড(শক্ত) হবে,কারণ স্টেক গরুর সব মাংস দিয়ে হয়না বিশেষ জায়গার মাংস দিয়ে হয়। যেমন: বুকের উপরের মাংস।
স্টেক এর ভিতরের অংশ লালচে থাকে আপনার এটাতে একদম ফ্রাই এর মত সাদা হতে আছে
