Ingredients:
500g Kingfish or Fish of your choice (sliced, seasoned with salt & washed)
β…” cup Coconut Milk (thick)
1 cup Onions
Β½ cup Tomato
1 Green Chilli
2 pinches Sugar
5 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 cup Coriander
2 Green Chillies
ΒΌ tsp. Cumin seeds
ΒΌ” Ginger
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Coriander seeds
ΒΌ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Tamarind (marble sized)
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -6
