You only need 6 easy ingredients to make homemade chicken katsu, also called panko chicken, Japanese fried chicken, etc. I even tossed in a homemade tonkatsu recipe as well as a nice spicy cabbage slaw to go with it. It’s arguably a perfect meal when eaten all together.

Typical youtube "cooks", giving out restaurant akin recipes for people to cook in their regular-sized normal person kitchens.. :D:D:D:X:X if you're reading this for some reason.. please don't put 2 CUPS OF OIL in a 10'' cast iron skillet that is *1.5'' deep (and if you think that's bad..just think about making more than a single breast in that setting ::D:D:D) Like wtf Jesus Chris people these day..

  2. Made this tonight. Seasoned the crumbs and flour and added garlic and milk to the egg mixture. Turned out fabulous! I ran out of bread crumbs for my last chicken piece so I crushed up some gold fish crackers 😂 it was also delicious! Thanks for sharing ❤
