Cream cheese isn't too stiff please do not buy sour cream
Here's a tip if you're going to make it make sure you have a 4 x 6 span or like a circle pan that you can put in the oven that you bake cakes in and when you make it make sure your sour cream isn't too stiff if it is put water in it just a little bit of water and it should loosen up
