  1. Long-time VM user stumbling onto your video today and really enjoyed the video, the throwback to 2016 and the lovely, immaculate kitchen, wow.
    I prefer the 5200 as I'm old school and find LED displays to be less reliable. Also I think it would be educational to talk about base liquids (coconut water, grape juice, concentrates, water) and their use/differences as part of Vitamixing is the order in which you stock the cannister. Many folks not having their best experience because they are loading "out of order". You've earned my subscription!

  2. I'm just curious if there is a way to convert the 5300 to be able to fit the blender cup without the adapter, or to fit the food processor? Is the drive socket different? The base looks the same. Are the fittings just different sizes?

  3. This is definitely a smoothie, but I'm not knocking the concept because I've actually done this before myself. Ultimately I ended up buying a juicer because I prefer my juices to not have any pulp/fiber in them. However waste is a concern of mine as well, so probably something that I will only do a few times a month.

  5. I just made the first one…I think personally less ginger for me. It was really pulpy which is good but how do u minimize that? Maybe less carrots? I would use maybe some orange next time only a small tiny piece of ginger and less carrots. Thanks though was bright and clean for sure just pulpy.

  6. Love your smoothies. They are thin smoothies but I like them. Take the banana out of a smoothie recipe and you get these. I love smoothies, and I love juices. The very best of both worlds, on a high rawfood eating lifestyle. 🌞✨

Thanks. By the way, use those strawberry stems in the juice. Lots of vitamins and much easier to toss in than to cut off.

  9. Keeping the cores of the pineapple is smart. The core contains a high level of bromelin. It's in the whole pineapple but concentrated in the core which most people discard. Bromelin is the stuff that causes your mouth and tongue to hurt if you eat pineapple to much to fast. But it's very healthy and has anti cancer properties. And bromelin is only in fresh pineapple. The heat in canning destroys it. So fresh is best
