Been using Navigator 1150 for 2 years, lately after I power off the smoker the fan remains open for only 2,3 minutes and I’m having problems with the pellets in the auger catching fire. I do not remove the smoker from the power plug and I clean it regularly. Please advise.
I just completed the burn off and held power button like the instructions said. The panel never turned off. I presume switching the temperature control dial to off works? And fan will continue to run?
