Why cut the salmon first? Does not make sense to me….
generally speaking…this is a good recipe, BUT: the cooking times you give for the salmon pieces…totally overcooked – terrible…did you not hear that salmon must NOT be overcooked? – your welcome! Ex owner of 4 French restaurants….

I cooked it yesterday. I didn’t have cream so I added ricotta and water. I also added yellow paprika ( fresh and spinach ). It turned out amazing!!!
