Certainly! Bakery-style chicken bread is a delightful treat often enjoyed during the holy month of Ramadan. It combines the goodness of soft bread with a flavorful chicken filling.
Step: 01 = Dough Preparation
All purpose flour : 3 cup
Egg : 1 at room temperature
Sugar : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Instant yeast : 1 packet
Luke warm milk : 200 ml
Pour Luke warm water little by little and make a soft dough
Grease bowl with oil
Cover it and rest it until rise
Step : 02 = Chicken Stuffing Preparation for bread
Oil : 4 tbsp
Boneless chicken : 250 gram
Cook chicken until color changes to white
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Red chili crushed : 1 tsp
Garlic powder : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Vinegar : 2 tbsp
Water : 1/2 cup
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
Now cook it until whole water evaporated
Add sliced Onion, Capsicum and tomato without seeds
Soya sauce : 1 tbsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes
Ketchup : 2 tbsp
Step : 03 = Assembling
Dust flour on counter
Make bread shape
Chicken stuffing
Pizza cheese
Apply water
Step 04 : Baking / Finalizing
Grease butter paper with oil and place baking items
Heat up oven on 200C
Grease it with beaten eggs
Pizza cheese
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Small sliced chucks of capsicum and tomato
Now bake it for 20 minutes on 200C
