The Price of Ground Beef at Costco has dropped the past few Months. Even before COVID it was $9.99/kg and remained there, but lately it has been $8.59/kg. At least in the 8 Edmonton Locations

I have a Cuisinart 14 inch Stainless Steel Wok and I absolutely love! It is a flat bottom wok/stir-fry pan that is amazing. It can be used to cook so many different things besides just stir-fry. I bought it because Tak from the "Wok With Tak" YouTube channel recommended it. If I could only have one stainless steel pan in my entire kitchen it would be that one!! Thank you for sharing your awesome food with everyone. โค

Happy to see this video today, Flo. I just had more oral surgery and didn't prepare my soft foods beforehand. I'm wondering how ground beef congee would be? And regarding inflation, pre-pandemic a 60 count box of eggs at Walmart used to be just over $6. Yesterday I saw it there for nearly $23. Yikes, eggs used to reliably be a good budget choice for a meal at any time of day. I'll be rethinking that now. When I can chew again I'll be trying these dishes, they all look amazing. Hey, Flo; I don't have a stand-alone sous vide device, but my Instant Pot does have a sous vide function (I've never used it).
Have you ever tried it in your Instant Pot(s)? How well does it work?
