  1. I noticed that after putting salt and pepper on the chicken, and then going into the wet mixture, when you took it out, all of the seasoning was in the wet mixture and none on the actual chicken. Hmmm…would it be possible to add the salt and pepper to the dry ingredients?

  2. Justin, I agree with most of your technique however doing it your way is a lot of cleaning up washing dishes and a waste of breading mixture which if you try this below still have good breading and your measurements you can do 3 or 4 chickens….
    NO Waste
when I do it I use a small bowl to mix the butter milk and egg I then use a ziplock bag pour this into it over the chicken then on the bench I use non stick baking paper.. Sift a layer of breading mix place chicken pieces on this and sprinkle about 1/2 cup mixture then press this into chicken put on plate in the fridge for about hour then put into air fryer cook normally

  3. Don’t eat dull egg yolks. The cheap eggs are from mistreated animals and the nutritional quality is inferior. If it’s not in your budget maybe try the more expensive ones every once in a great while. Vote with your dollar, opt for healthier foods and better treatment of animals.

  4. This is an extraordinary recipe dude thanks a lot. I've just tried it and it is absolutely amazing. Since I was cooking a large batch, I had to cook half the chicken in the oven. If you want to use this recipe for oven cooking, increase the temp a bit, 195 degrees celcius worked greatly for me.
