Can't WAIT to try this! Hopefully y'all can get the sound issues worked out soon. Not sure how to resolve it, but past videos didn't seem to have these "distinct background noises". The chopping and sliding of things on the counter is painful to hear.
I'd buy the candied lemon peel and make the lemon curd. Too time consuming and tedious for me.
