  1. Last year I lost my mom due to Heart complications from the MRNA vaccination. Today would have been her birthday. She loved watching your videos. I think she had a crush on you. I used to sit and watch them with her and my dad when he was still here. This is a very tough day for me. But I'm watching this video right now in her memory. And I appreciate that it's here. Thank you.

  2. Chef I never saw this recipe made this way. It looks delicious. My mother is from Sicily and she used to make it with Sardines, fresh Fennel Garlic and toasted bread crumbs. I'm going to try your version on March 19th. Thanks, Perry

  3. I have a question for the chef or anyone really. When cooking for those with a sodium restricted diet (2K mg per day), how does salt in pasta water play into sodium content in the meal? I realize anchovies are salty, along with olives or capers when doing other pastas like puttanesca. Those I think can be measured (and rinsed) for the most part. Does the salt in pasta water come into play as well?

  4. TFS this recipe! I've been gone for a while now, and it's so good to see you cooking up something delicious. Minus the anchovies, I can't wait to cook this! Anchovies rank right up there with mushrooms! Ick😒❤🧡💛💚💙💜
