1 kg meaty beef bone marrow
500 grams beef brisket or shank
8-10 cups water
1 tablespoon peppercorns
¼ cup fish sauce
1 medium onion
3 medium potatoes
2 ears of sweet corn
1 small cabbage
2 stalks onion leeks, white part and green part separated
Salt as needed
