I'm a registered dietian and I've seen a lot of BBQ Youtubers like yourself and Jeremy Yoder mention about keeping the weight off between videos and trips so I always put it out that as a BBQ loving RD, I'm an equally big lover of health and always trying to help folks in the community!
What would you say are the must try items? I will stopping on a Thursday on my way down to SC. I have eaten at all the top spots in Austin.

Checked them out a couple of weeks ago. Soooo good! Brisket is special. Ribs are also really good! They’ll blow up soon…deservingly so.
