I love this banana and date frappe, I put pecans with raw honey sometimes. I consider it a meal replacement because it’s sooooo heavy.
I make the same but add a tbsp each of cocoa powder and peanut butter 👍🏼its like ice cream in liquid form

Make sure that you always used the non alcohol vanilla extract. Because the regular vanilla extract contains an alcohol in it.
Vanilla Extract and Alcohol Content,
Vanilla extract may contain up to 35% ABV, which is the equivalent of a shot of hard liquor like vodka or bourbon. This means vanilla extract can get you drunk, but it also puts a person at risk of alcohol poisoning.
Is There Alcohol in Vanilla Extract?
By definition, yes there is alcohol in vanilla extract. According to the FDA, vanilla extract is a mixture of vanilla scent and flavor characteristic, and alcohol. To be exact, the FDA requires an ethyl alcohol content of at least 35% for a product to be considered vanilla extract.

You can also soften the dates in a bit of hot water before adding. It may blend better.
