  1. Your fish looks delicious 😋..if you want a hint, add your lemon fresh at the table. Adding lemon to fresh fish in the pan, can cause a metallic flavor if the water has a lot of natural minerals in it. Like a mountain fed stŕeam or fishing hole. My brother and I used to fish in British Columbia yearly for salmon. We couldn't figure out why sometimes our fish tasted like iron, or vitamin like, until we spoke to a parks ranger. When we fished along the mountainous areas we'd get this flavor when we added lemon to the fish in the pan, but never did when we didn't. It was because of the mineral dense mountain spring that fed the area we caught our salmon in. We were worried the fish had unhealthy metals in it at the beginning, and were glad to have an answer after many years. Just a suggestion. Your fish looks lovely in this video mmmmmm!
