I've only ever had corned beef cold & in a sandwich. I will definitely have to try it this way.
Fantastic Simon!! We do have canned corned beef here in the states, and I make this often. We call it Corned beef and hash. It’s very popular in the southern states. I’ve never added cumin to mine, but I’ll give it a try next time. Thanks for the tip!!
