自带的调料我做过一次 实在是太难吃了…………本来决心以后再也不买这种牛肉了！看了您的视频 准备用您的方法再试试。非常感谢！❤

最近也买了这个，是safeway的版本，corned beef和土豆都打巨折。拿到手没啥期待的，主要是图便宜😂，但做出来比预期的好吃。原来配的调料，可以撒上去再用锡纸包了烤个一个半小时，烤盘剩余空间堆上土豆一起烤。出炉后土豆扒皮碾成泥，锡纸里面的肉汁拌上去味道将将好。等肉晾凉了再切片/切丁，和土豆泥搭配着吃。 感恩博主分享了其他的做法，之后再打折又有了多一个食谱方案。

查了下这个盐腌的牛肉corned beef类似午餐肉很多亚硝酸盐，貌似不健康？
