This curry is a typical Pathare Prabhu dish. It is very tasty and simple to cook. This is to be eaten with chapatti, vegetables, rice & dal. A very tasty & tangy dish.

Lobsters 4
Garlic 15 to 20
Turmeric ½ tsp.
Chilly powder 1 ½ tsp.
Parbi Garam Masala 1 ½ tsp.
Oil 4 to 5 tblsp.
Water ½ cup
Salt to taste
