  1. I’ve done carnivore before and I didn’t feel near as strong or full of energy as I did when eating a normal diet, you post your workouts and mine make yours look like a warm up stop misinforming people with rubbish diets

  2. Genuinely don't understand how any of this is healthy I've tried the diet for a month and it's the worst I've ever felt I'm now on a varied diet but only clean eating and I feel unbelievable… guess it works for different people in different ways
