  1. Hi Mahima, this way of preparing a biriyani was first of its kind in youtube. Even though it was quiet an authentic one, some magic mixes like the raisin mix and adding coriander along with the ginger garlic paste was absolutely delightful to watch… Your subscription meter is currently not moving so fast, but iam sure its going to exponentially increase. Good Luck… 👍👍👍 Just suggest us the shop from where you buy your kitchen utensils, specially the biriyani pot and iron skillets…

  2. Hi. I normally dont take effort to like or comment a video but i have to do for her and her recipes. I started watching her win in a show 10 years go and recently came accross her channel here. I think seeing her confidence in cooking in that show made me try her recipes and it all came out well and 2 days back i tried this biriyani recipe and it came out very well. Honestly of all the ways i have tried, this was the easiest and tasiest. Thank you. And i will try many more of your recipes. Hi Mahima…I liked the way everything was presented and it was very easy to follow …just the last part where we add the rose water(is it necessary to add 2 tsp of rose water?)…the biriyani smelled more like rose water than the original biriyani smell also it took over the actual taste of the biriyani. But it was good for a change and my biriyani did turn out amazing look wise too. So thank you dear.
