Chilli Cheese Toast
Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter – 3 Tbsp
Garlic – 3 Cloves Finely Chopped
Green Chili – 2 Nos Deseeded Finely Chopped
Bread Slices
Pizza Cheese
Chilli Flakes
Oregano

Methods –
Chop some garlic
Deseed the green chilies and chop them into pieces
Take some softened butter and add the chopped garlic and green chilies
Mix everything well
Take a bread slice and apply the prepared butter evenly on top
Grate pizza cheese on top of the bread
Add some red flakes and oregano
Heat a pan on low flame and place the bread slice
Close the pan and let the cheese melt
Take it off the pan as soon as the cheese melts and serve it hot

French Toast
Ingredients

To Make Egg Mixture
Egg – 2 Nos
Brown Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Boiled & Cooled Milk – 1/2 Cup
Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 Tsp

Butter – 1 Tsp
Bread
Butter

French Toast
Ingredients

Bread
Egg – 2 Nos
Brown Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Boiled & Cooled Milk – 1/2 Cup
Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 Tsp
Butter

Method
In a bowl, crack open the eggs and add it, add sugar
Beat the eggs well
Add milk, vanilla essence, salt and cinnamon powder and whisk well
Heat a pan with some butter
Dip the bread in the egg mixture and place it on the hot tawa
Cook the bread slice till it is golden brown on both sides
Serve the classic french toast hot with some fruits, maple syrup or honey
