Hello everyone, this is my cooking diary. Today’s recipe is from 裴偉《裴社長廚房手記》(President Pei’s Kitchen Notes). I’ve made this recipe before in a previous video and found it simple and delicious. Friends who like preserved eggs can give it a try!

材料:
皮蛋3-4顆
絞肉150克
熟花生50克(我隨意抓的)
醬油膏/醬油適量
蠔油適量
香油/麻油適量
胡椒粉適量
蔥花一小把
香菜一小把
辣椒粉適量
熱油1大匙
步驟:
1.皮蛋切碎,熟花生壓碎備用。
2.絞肉加油炒熟。
3.把胡椒粉、蔥花、香菜、辣椒粉以外的材料拌一起,邊加邊試吃。
4.胡椒粉、蔥花、香菜、辣椒粉擺中間,燒熱1大匙油澆下去拌一拌。
5.熱量不低,小心不要吃太多喔!
Ingredients:
3-4 preserved eggs
150g minced meat
50g roasted peanuts (amount is approximate)
Soy sauce, to taste
Oyster sauce, to taste
Sesame oil, to taste
Pepper, to taste
A handful of chopped green onions
A handful of chopped cilantro
Chili powder, to taste
1 tablespoon hot oil
Steps:
1. Chop the preserved eggs and crush the roasted peanuts. Set aside.
2. Stir-fry the minced meat with oil until cooked.
3. Mix all ingredients except for the pepper, green onions, cilantro, and chili powder, adding and tasting as you go.
4. Place the pepper, green onions, cilantro, and chili powder in the center, then pour 1 tablespoon of hot oil over and mix.
5. This dish is high in calories, so be careful not to eat too much!
