“Pinakbet ” we usually use fermented fish sauce with different kinds of vegetables.
Ingredients:
2tbsp. cooking oil
3 bulb of shallots/onion,sliced
3 medium tomatoes,sliced
1/4 cup fermented fish sauce
250 grams pork cut into bite size
1/4 of a whole squash,cut into cubes
1 bittergourd,sliced
5 pcs. eggplant,cut into half
6 okra
3 green chilli(siling haba)
2 cups of water(half a cup of water i used for mixing with the bagoong to cook the pork).
