  1. Al, ya big old puss – I wanna a beer with Coach! I paused, took notes and backed up more on this video than any other one you've shot. Like you, surprised by the turkey. I usually go with a poultry seasoning but next one I'm going to try the Fiesta Season-it-All. To be clear, Cooper had the turkey on for ~3 hours @ 275?
