We got a delicious recipe for you to try!⠀
👉 Quick & Easy Healthy Banana Chip Recipe⠀
⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS:
○ 3 Bananas
○ 1/2 Lemon, juiced
○ Ground Cinnamon,
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven on 100°C / 250°F and line one (or two if needed) flat baking tray with baking paper or a baking mat.
2. Cut the Bananas into thin slices (1) and place them on the baking tray. Leave room between each slice.
3. Juice the Lemon and brush it over each slice. Turn the slices around and brush the other side.
4. Optional: sprinkle some Ground Cinnamon over the slices, using a small sieve or sifter to avoid lumps.
5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the Bananas Slices can be flipped over (2). Turn each slice and bake for an additional 30 minutes (3).
6. Leave to cool down then transfer into an air-tight container.
Notes
1. I cut the bananas to a thickness of about 5mm / 0.2 inches.
You can cut them thicker if preferred but they will need to bake longer. If cut thinner, I have found that they will break more easily.
2. If the bananas seem to be falling apart / turn too mush when you try to flip them, it means that they are not baked enough. The slices may stick to the baking paper – if it is the case, use a small sharp knife to lift up a side.
They should then come off easily.
Also note that the cooler they get, the easier they will be to flip around as they harden.
3. Bake less or more the second time, depending on how crunchy or how chewy you want your chips to be. Note that they will harden once they cool off.
This one is a fun one and perfect for any gathering. Its a great way to get your snack fix all while putting a healthy spin on it.😁😁😁⠀

I tried this recipe and it was amazing. All the recipe I tried of yours is just awesome. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us.
I just found this channel. Instead of cooking could we freeze dry instead
Hi looks good. I assume it’s 250 F? A very low heat.
You say don’t worry about banana, but what about if you’re diabetic
Air fryer maybe?
I tried this but my bananas all stuck, like glue, to the parchment paper. The second time I tried it I put the spices in the pan first. Then added the bananas and brushed them with the lemon juice, and hit them with the cinnamon again. They taste amazing.
It looks like wax paper or is it parchment paper?
thank you, has anyone tried this in an airfryer?????
Thank you for all you do giving to help others. The cinnamon in my water works and I will try these banana chips.🎉😊
Yummy looks so good
Great Recipe but DON'T put them on wax paper, it will disintegrate and melt onto the pan and into the banana. Use parchment paper Coach Mere!
I bought one of these from Amazon and use it a lot! Cuisinart DHR-20P1 Food Dehydrator, 13.38 x 15.63 x 12 inches, Black
