2×2 Loaded BBQ Nachos
Ingredients
* 1 lb Velvetta Cheese
* 1 can Rotel tomatoes
* A splash of half & half
* 1 lb pulled pork BBQ
* 8 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese
* Cantina tortilla chips
* BBQ rub
* Sour cream
* Diced jalapeรฑos
* T2 BBQ Sauce (see video from my channel page)
* Green onions, chopped

Directions
* Cut Velveeta into cubes, add a can of Rotel tomatoes and a splash of half & half to make a dip. Microwave until melted, stirring occasionally.
* On a baking sheet, lay down parchment paper and cover with a layer of tortilla chips.
* Add BBQ pork, Rotel dip, BBQ rub, diced jalapeรฑos and sour cream.
* For a 2nd layer, use all of the same ingredients EXCEPT for the Rotel dip.
* Cover 2nd layer with shredded pepper jack cheese and garnish with chopped green onions.
* Place under oven broiler on high for 1-2 minutes until the top layer of cheese is melted. Enjoy!
