Today’s recipe is kids’ favorite healthy smoothie. We are making 2 smoothies today, chocolate and gulkand. Basically smoothie is a drink usually made using dry nuts, fruits or veggies along with milk or yogurt or ice cream. Today’s both smoothies are very easy to make, healthy and nutritious. They not only look tempting but also taste super delicious. With summer vacations on, you must be looking something healthy, quick and tasty for your kids. So these are such recipes. Smoothies will also help to keep you hydrated. You can make changes in it according to your taste and choice. I am sure your kids will love it. Try this recipe at home and write to me.

Ingredients:
Chocolate Smoothie
• 3~4 dry Ajneer
• 5~6 Cashew nuts
• Chopped Walnuts
• 4~5 Almonds
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
• Chocolate syrup
• 1 glass Milk
Gulkand Smoothie
• 3~4 dry Ajneer
• 5~6 Cashew nuts
• Chopped Walnuts
• 4~5 Almonds
• 1 glass Milk
• 3~4 tbsp Rose syrup

Method:
Chocolate Smoothie
• Soak dry anjeer in enough water for about 15-20 minutes.
• You can soak dates along with anjeer if you want.
• Soak cashew nuts in enough water for about 15-20 minutes.
• Soak walnuts and almonds together in enough water for about 15-20 minutes.
• Blend soaked ajneer into paste first and add soaked cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds into the
blender jar.
• Blend everything well together into paste.
• Add sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate syrup and milk and blend everything into puree.
• Pour some chocolate syrup along the edge of the glass and pour out the smoothie into it.
• Garnish with chocolate syrup and chocolate smoothie is ready.
Gulaknd Smoothie
• Soak dry anjeer in enough water for about 15-20 minutes.
• You can soak dates along with anjeer if you want.
• Soak cashew nuts in enough water for about 15-20 minutes.
• Soak walnuts and almonds together in enough water for about 15-20 minutes.
• Add soaked ajneer, soaked cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds into the blender jar and blend
everything well together into paste.
• Add milk and rose syrup and blend everything together into puree.
• You can use gilkand if you want.
• Pour some rose syrup along the edge of the glass and pour out the smoothie into it.
• Garnish with few rose petals and gulkand smoothie is ready.
