  1. You can call it shwarma since döner and çevirme are both turkish words and they both mean “turning”. Both are döner and both are turkish originated foods its just that arabs call it shwarma (çevirme)

  2. As a turk i can confirm that you got it right mate. Usualy there is more salad in it and served with some pickled hot peppers. İf you wanna go full traditional you can drink ayran with it but Pepsi is the best companion of tavuk (chicken) döner.

  3. I love your videos and your way of cooking. but usually we don't you fries in sometimes as a side ok but not inside the bread, its more of a greek thing because of the gyros. and we love I mean we LOVE garlic. selam
