I had to change the recipe slightly because I didn't have buttermilk, so I took whole milk and added a splash of apple cider vinegar to it. It was so delicious! I've never had pork chops that good. The only thing I would do different next time is turn them over halfway through cooking because they did get a little too done on the bottom side. Thank you for sharing this recipe, I just absolutely loved it and even my 17 year old grandson loved it. He said he really liked the pork chops. I served them with Rice-A-Roni broccoli, and I added some broccoli to it for extra nutrition and it was delicious as well. It was a very good pairing.
I am making these for dinner tonight, and I hope that, they are going to be good. I cannot wait to try them.

Try apples with your porkchops n biscuit, its one of my favorite meals! Cut 4-6 apples in thick slices (after peeling them lol), put them in a pot with enough water to just cover the slices. Bring them to a boil, turn down the mixture and cook on medium to medium low heat with a lid. I always add sugar and real butter to mine. This part is per your own taste. Cook your apples until they're soft, but with pieces of the apples still in chunks.( not like applesauce )
