Satay chicken flatbread

Shopping list:
-300g chicken breast or thigh, diced
-Salt & pepper
-1 tsp curry powder
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 2 tsp honey
-Lime juice
-20g peanut butter
-20g cornflour
– 1 egg white
– 2 flatbreads (I used Deli Kitchen)
-1 spring onion, sliced
Optional: sesame seeds
Method:
❤️Mix the peanut butter with 1 tsp soy sauce, water & 1 tsp honey and set aside. Season the diced chicken with salt & pepper, curry powder, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp soy sauce & a squeeze of lime. Marinade for at least 20 mins then dip into egg white then cornflour.
❤️Spray the air fryer before placing the chicken in, then spray the chicken and air fry on 190C for 12-14 mins or until cooked. Serve on top of a lightly toasted flatbread with salad leaves, drizzle of your homemade satay sauce, add spring onions and sesame seeds!
