I don't get why you would add erythritol – a) It's an artificial sweetner b) It's GMO cornstarch (and it is used as an insecticide). There are better keto sweetners for the sweet and salt dip, surely?
This is one of the traditional polish dishes we eat it with rice,mince and spices rolled in cooked cabbage and baked in oven can eat it with tomato sauce or ketchup
Sarme: you can do this with sauer kraut (cabbage), and add bacon, sausage or smoked ham in the filling, or/and between those. With water added to cover the pot bottom (not to be burned) cook them for 1-3hrs, appx. You might want to leave the ginger out. Enjoy
