[표고버섯 파스타 만들기]
재료 : 파스타면 1인분, 표고버섯 300g, 다진마늘 1스푼, 페퍼론치노 3개, 파슬리 1스푼, 올리브오일, 소금, 후추, 치킨스톡 1/2 큰술
1. 버섯 두개는 편썰어준 후 나머지는 곱게 다져줍니다.
2. 올리브오일을 넉넉히 두른 후 버섯을 넣고 노릇하게 볶아 줍니다. (오일 추가 가능) (버섯이 타기 직전까지 볶아야합니다!)
3. 다진마늘과 파슬리 가루를 넣어 한번더 볶아줍니다.
4. 물 500ml 넣은뒤 파스타를 넣고 끓여줍니다.
5. 물이 줄어들고 면이 익어가면 페퍼론치노 후추를 넣고 치킨스톡 1/2스푼을 넣고 자박하게 끓입니다.
6. 면이 익었으면 그릇에 담고 마지막에 올리브오일 한바퀴 둘러주면 됩니다.
