I love these recipe dinner videos. I really do. I feel what throws the community off is the audio quality change as dumb as that sounds. The meal was delicious when I made it myself. Is it possible to record these recipe videos but do the classic voice over as your reviews? I think that would boost these videos. Because I have tried your recipes in the past and they are very delicious. The leftovers taste just as good the days that come.

I made a variation of this for dinner tonight only I had it a dash of lemon zest used slightly less garlic and added heavy cream and Parmesan to the sauce

try adding some starchy pasta water, about 1/3 cup, to the pan when you add the pasta, toss it well with the pasta and it will make a nice velvety sauce, oh you seasoned your pasta water, correct?

UPDATE: made this with a splash of lemon juice and the mushrooms. AMAZING! Now if you excuse me, I’ll be cleaning my bowl dry.

That garlic is overcooked as well as the shrimp.Shrimp has its own ⏱ C =cooked O=overcooked.Sorry Larry,can’t like this one.
