INGREDIENTS
1 large banana peeled, sliced and frozen
10-12 lychees peeled, seeded and frozen
½ cup chilled plain yogurt full-fat, skim or plant based
½ cup chilled milk whole, skim or plant based
¼ cup chilled orange juice fresh or bottled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon honey use maple syrup or agave nectar for vegan
