INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Fried chicken giizzards)
1.3 lbs chicken gizzards
Coca-Cola
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Green onion (optional)

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (FRIED PORK CHOP AND ONIONS)
5 large pork chops thin bone-in
6 cloves garlic, chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce + 4 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tsp paprika + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 3/4 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp brown sugar
2 medium yellow onion +1 & 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
Salt and pepper + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp oregano (optional)
2 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
