I will try the fish fingers for sure. The Mediterranean dish at the end is cool too, my mom used to do similar things, but the tapenade is a nice touch. Is this an italian recipe? It feels like a blend of Italian and spanish vibes. The carrot mix was interesting too. Never tried with orange zest and orange juice.
