Make sure to use the ends if your sausage doesn't have a casing. There won't be a string knotted on each end. So the ends will be usable. Rarely see sausage in natural casing nowadays.

Has anyone tried this? I've got some left over smoked and SPICY sausage and just returned home from a 19 hour FLIGHT!! Looking for a quick fix, since I have, EVERY ingredient. 🙂
