진짜 너무 맛있어요



꼭 드셔보세요!! 진짜 간단한데 너무 맛있어요 🥰
재료도 고기, 콜라, 쌍화탕 3개면 완성이고
끈적하고 달달한 소스에 고기를 청경채와 같이
먹어보면.. 진짜 우와 이거 뭐지? 할거에요 ㅎㅎ
가끔 나오는 대박 레시피 중 하나이니 진심
추천드릴게요 🤗🤗

재료
돼지 앞다리살 1kg
콜라 500ml
쌍화탕 1개
물 500ml

진간장 2스푼
굴소스 2스푼

돼지 앞다리살 1kg 준비해 주시고 냄비에
기름 적당히 두른 후 모든 겉면을 익혀줄게요.
여기에 콜라 500ml 부어주고 쌍화탕 1개
넣어줄게요. 쌍화탕이 이렇게 큰 역할을 할지
저도 몰랐습니다. 향이 끝내줘요. 오래 끓일거라
물 500ml 부어주고 진간장 2스푼, 굴소스 2스푼
넣어줄게요. 이제 준비는 완료 입니다. 끓기
시작하면 뚜껑닫고 50분간 푹 끓여주고 뚜껑열고
10분간 수분 더 날려주면 돼요. 중간에 뚜껑 열고
면 한번씩 뒤집어 주면 됩니다. 동파육엔 청경채가
어울리죠?
끓는물에 굵은 소금 반스푼 넣고 30초간 데쳐서
준비해줄게요. 이제 동파육은 완성이에요.

    ปรกติเราเคยเห็น หรือ เคยกิน ชิกเก้นบัตเตอร์กันมาแล้ว ผมเอง คนพากย์เสียงก็มีความชื่นชอบในกลิ่นรส ของอาหารแนวนี้ แม้จะไม่ได้มีโอกาสกินบ่อยครั้ง กลิ่นเครื่องเทศที่หอมแบบไม่ไทย รสชาติรสสัมผัสที่มีความเนยนมแบบไม่เคอะเขิน เราเปลี่ยนจากไก่ที่หมักในโยเกิร์ต มาเป็นเนื้อวัวส่วน short rib ที่พี่เบนเอาไปแยกย่างมาอีกที แล้วทดลองทำครั้งแรกแบบไม่ได้ซุ่มซ้อมอะไรมาก่อนเพราะดูจาก reference ที่หลากหลายในอินเตอร์เน็ตแล้วก็นับเป็นเมนูที่ไม่ได้ซับซ้อนอะไร เพียงแค่วัตถุดิบเยอะ และ แบ่งออกเป็นหลายสำนักมากมายใส่ของเหลื่อมกันไปมา แต่ก็พยายามหาวัตถุดิบที่ทุกคนบอกว่ามันเป็น core ของกลิ่นรสอย่าง Kasuri methi ที่ดั๊นไปเจอมาแบบตามล่าในห้างแห่งหนึ่ง ปรากฏว่าผลออกมาอยากทำซ้ำครับ เลยถ่าย และ แชร์มาเลาให้ฟังกัน ซึ่งนมที่ใช้ในนี้คือนมตรามะลิ ตัวข้นจืดที่ใช้ทำอาหารได้ ดีใจที่เค้าเลือกมาเป็นผู้สนับสนุนกับเราแบบสนุก ๆ ครับ ไหนจะประกันซันเดย์อีก อันนี้ขอบคุณมากเช่นกัน ดีใจที่ได้เป็นตรงกลางของความชื่นชอบ จับคู่ระหว่างสปอนเซอร์ที่ชอบดูเนิร์ดเนื้อ ให้เจอกับ คนดูเนิร์ดเนื้อ มันเป็นสัญญาณของความเป็นพวกเดียวกันครับ ถึงคนดู ไม่ว่าคุณจะ ซื้อ หรือ ไม่ซื้อของเขาก็ตาม เราจะช่วยกันจำไว้ว่านี่แหละ คือคนที่เค้าอยากให้คุณได้ดูเนิร์ดเนื้อต่อ ตบท้ายด้วยอีกสองเมนูครับ คือเนื้อเอาไปจี่ เนยชีส กับ clam…

  2. 동파육맛을 사실몰라서 똑같은지는모르는데 이자체로는 넘맛있어요
    다만 저는 콜라는 한개만하고 푹익히면서 타지않게 졸이려고 자주뒤집고 물좀더부어가며 졸였어요 굿

  3. 지금 만들고 있어요. 불조절에 많은 분들이 얘기를 하는데 해보시면 아시겠지만 뚜껑 덮고 강불이면 넘칩니다. 상황을 보시고 한번씩 고기 뒤집어 주면서 조절하세요. 향은 그냥 한약입니다. 아직 30분 정도 더 졸여줘야 합니다. 이 글에 관심이 있는지 보고 시식 후 가감 없는 댓글 달겠습니다.

  8. 해외에 거주중이라 쌍화탕을 구하기 어려울 것 같은데, 혹시 대체할만한 다른 제품이 없을지 여쭤봅니다. 지금까지 본 것중 가장 간단한 레시피라 없을 것 같긴 하지만…😢 청경채도 연두나 미림같은 것도 조금 품을 들이면 구할 수 있는데 쌍화탕은 여지껏 못본 것 같네요…
