love the upper east side – I lived in yorkville (closer to east river) pre-covid and honestly it's such an underrated neighborhood and lots of young people – it's not as fancy as the typical UES, so you should def check it out at some point!

Tip: If you have a food processor or a small blender you could always put the large pieces of Parm in there to make it small enough to melt! Just don’t over blend it or it will start to melt in the blender 😬
